I will try to keep this space of mine alive, for the benefits of my few supportive readers and myself. (:
Apologies for stop update my blog for close to 4mths. Too much worries and thoughts resulted procrastinate in blogging.
In the month of February, it was my last month of poly life which ended with my internship at NCS. I have great boss and colleagues there. I started hunting for job. I was lucky yet not, I went for one job interview straight after my last day of internship, i got the job and started working on 1st march, after I went down to that ulu factory for 3interviews. Initially, I was very delighted that I got the job, although the pay was not very good and required to work for 5.5 working day including Sunday (which i only knew about it after I started working there.) I thought it was a hard to come by opportunity at that time as I went for many other interviews too, but I was not selected for all so I took up the job and guess what? After much thoughts and advices from friends, I quitted the job after my third day. It’s just not the kind of job I am looking for.
Come to think of it, I don’t know to call myself dumb or stupid. I should have got the entire hint that I should not take up the jobs.
- I was only confirmed after 3rounds of interviews, all the interview were with different group of people.
- The position I applied for changed, from interview to interview.
- The pay was not that good.
- The place is really ulu and inconvenience.
- The people there are weird.
Any way, I gained more than what I lost.
- I found my current job which I still loving it now.
- Although it's further but its right outside Raffles place mrt station, short walking distance.
- There are shopping malls around and its super convenience.
- I got great boss and colleagues.
- The salary is way more reasonable.
- I got my own desk and desktop.
- don't have to worry i will get catch in rain as there is shelter all the way from mrt to the building.
- Most importantly, the first day @ job is great which make me wants to go back on second day. I don't have to dread myself to work.
Thus in the month of March, I was only employed for 3days. I continued my job hunting and I found part-time data entry job for 2days, at least I got small amount of income into my bank account. I went for more interviews. I was called by this shipping company to go for second interview but i rejected it due to it was a part-time one. Rejected another one after I got confirmed by my current company as current company's location is more convenience and pay was high. I also took up a new challenge in the month.
In the month of 7th April, I started working for my current company which I doing good in. Before this, I actually took up a 4-days job of giving out flyer. I promised that was the first and the last. Giving out flyer is not as easy as I thought it to be. It was more tired than I know. Standing there, hoping that people take the piece of paper from you. Be it they read or not, you are happy that they took it from you as you want to hit the target. Last day of the job, I was really happy that I completed the 4-days job despite everything.
In the month of May, I graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic. I was really delighted yet I can’t bear to leave. Friends come and go. Things happen and repeat. My life in polytechnic is definitely not the best but is definitely the best that I can get. I am much stronger and braver now. (At least a tiny winy bit)
In the month of June, I attended the GL training and the last HTC III (Happiteen Camp).
During GL training, I went for the kayaking and helped out at the roadshow on the last day. Kayaking was really fun! pair with Hui Yee, we were saying "Left. Right. Left. Right." all the way. And so weird that I was dry in the sea, but totally wet when I was on land. Roadshow on the last day, was a difficult one, as did not have enough sleep. However, I did my best. HTC III was utter fun and enjoyable. I helped way in most of the activites and joined in the fun this time round. Night walk with the kids below the age of 9 was really a challenge. Not only that I have to act brave in front of them, I have to calm them down when I myself was scared too. Despite that the kids are really cute, they are hard to handle. Some follow what you said, some do opposite. Went for a short getaway to Malaysia with family and relative. And my manager confirmed me!
In the month of July, I’m turned 21. It was a cruel fact. I enjoyed and love the celebrations, the wishes, the presents and the presences of all.Thank you! (:

- Advanced bithday dinner celebration @ long beach seafood resturant with all family members presence.
- Office birthday surprise from boss and manager. + boss treated to Lei Garden resturant.
- Surprise celebration @ sister's chalets.
- Sentosa enjoyment.
- Another surprise celebration @ aston by 爱.
My life now is so routine, i wish for more time and freedom. 24hours a day is too long in office, too short during non-office. I need more time to do my own thing, to sort my feelings and thoughts, to clean up the messy desk and meet up with friends.
Despite that, I am very happy with life. I strongly believe that I am blessed.
